our reunion dinner spread:) the eating starts during the food prep as we [i] pick on the dishes already. had lots of abalone this year which made a very happy me:) this also features our dining table in all of its glory - its used for meals once a year.
lo hei my mom bought everything pre-made this year and only assembly was required. i never know what to say while tossing though.

first house of visitations - grandma's:) in the metal tray is her homemade new year cakes [nian gao] of which she is very proud of. i like that this picture shows her right in her element, providing good food for all the people who matter to her:) us and our grandparents:) the 3 of us had a colour scheme this year. and yes, we surprised the relatives again by being so *ahem* pretty. hehs.

the darling girl of my younger uncle. a source of much laughter in the house usually. altogether, my grandparents have 9 grandchildren, a respectable number i should think:)

finally a family shot. the lady in white is my youngest paternal side aunt. she used to live with us hence she knows my grandparents and wanted to visit them to. my dad's shirt looks so 1980s huh:) and ziteng is so tall..

3rd uncle's [dad's side] home. my sisters have been going on abt how this cousin of mine looks exactly like me from the back. both of us cannot see how and so we wanted a picture to verify. didnt achieve it though cos of the angle. and that spot on my back is a mole of which i have plenty.

all 3 dresses were bought on the same night hence the very coordinated look:) plus we can borrow each other's dresses. the 184375th blessing of having sisters:)
