put off

had to watch a film for nature and soc today
its the most disgusting thing ever filmed
its scary..the depth of sadism humans are capable of
the methods of killing the animals for food are just so EVIL
and we havent finished watching it yet!
i spent 1/3 of the show looking somewhere else instead of the screen

and it seems that the only way to stop one's involvement in the whole cycle
is to be a vegetarian..
i cant give up eating meat yet for sure
but i think im definitely eating less

its true that the film has its set of biases and what-nots
and it was probably aimed to shock the living daylights out of the viewers
[and maybe straight into vegetarianism?]
but the entire thing really brought home one point..
mankind is well and truely fallen

****

i have been blog surfing a couple of blogs
seems like my above response is rather common
thought some indeed were unable to stomach meat already
